Fund formation lawyer Kristine Koren joins Mayer Brown as New York partner

Kristine M. Koren has joined Mayer Brown’s Corporate & Securities practice as a partner in New York, the firm announced. Koren, formerly of Skadden Arps, does fund formation work, as well as advising clients on investments, joint ventures, M&A and regulatory matters.
