Funzio Inks $20M Series A
San Francisco-based game developer Funzio has inked $20 million in Series A venture capital led by IDG Ventures in the U.S., and IDG Capital Partners in China. Funzio develops games for Facebook and mobile devices. As part of the deal, IDG Ventures Managing Director Phil Sanderson will join the company’s board. Playdom Co-Founder Rick Thompson also participated in the round, and will come aboard as chairman.
