GE in talks with Element Financial on fleet assets sale: Bloomberg

General Electric Co (GE.N) is in advanced talks to sell assets of its vehicle fleet management business, GE Capital Fleet Services, to Element Financial Corp (EFN.TO), Bloomberg reported.
