Gen Cap America invests in Pyramid Air

Gen Cap America Inc said Nov. 29 that it has backed the management of Pyramyd Air Ltd in its acquisition of the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pyramid Air, of Solon, Ohio, distributes air guns, airsoft guns, bb guns, and related parts and accessories. The Pyramyd Air management team, led by Val Gamerman, is staying on to run daily operations.
