Gen Cap America buys L.W. Allen Inc.

Gen Cap America Inc. said Tuesday that it has acquired L.W. Allen Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Madison, Wisconsin-based L.W. Allen makes water and wastewater control systems and distributes industrial and heavy-duty pumps to municipal and industrial customers.
