Gen Cap America Inc said Dec. 21 that it sold Thomas Pipe & Supply to Winsupply Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Thomas Pipe & Supply, of Phoenix, distributes pipe, valves and fittings (“PVF”) to the MRO and industrial markets.
