GeneriCo picks up $1.5 mln
St. Louis, Missouri-based GeneriCo, a maker of generic drugs, has raised $1.5 million in Series A funding. The target is $2 million. Kinsale Capital Partners LLC led the round with participation from other investors that included BioGenerator and Missouri Technology Corp. In conjunction with the funding, Kevin O'Shea, a principal of Kinsale Capital Partners, has been added to the the GeneriCo board.
