Genesys in bid to buy Avaya's call center business: Reuters

Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc, a U.S. provider of call center software, is in talks to acquire the contact center business that its peer Avaya Inc is hoping to sell for more than $4 billion, Reuters News reported.
