Genex Services said Friday that it has acquired Comprehensive Industrial Disability Management Services Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Westlake Village, California-based Comprehensive Industrial provides utilization review software and services to the workers’ compensation market. Covington Associates advised CID while RBC Capital Markets advised Genex.
