Geolo Capital to sell Two Roads to Hyatt

Geolo Capital, the private equity arm of the John A. Pritzker family office, has agreed to sell Two Roads Hospitality, the hotel management company, to Hyatt Hotels Corporation. No financial terms were disclosed.
