GI closes MRI Software buy

GI Partners said Wednesday it closed its buy of MRI Software. Vista Equity Partners was the seller. The transaction was announced earlier this month. Solon-Ohio-based MRI provides real estate property and investment management software solutions. Shea & Company, LLC acted as financial advisor for MRI.
