Gilead Sciences inks buy of EpiTherapeutics
Gilead Sciences Inc. has agreed to buy EpiTherapeutics ApS for $65 million. Denmark-based EpiTherapeutics develops cancer drugs based on epigenetics. EpiTherapeutics investors include NOVO Seeds, SEED Capital, Lundbeckfond Emerge, MS Ventures and Astellas Venture. Back Bay Life Science Advisors advised EpiTherapeutics.
