Global University Systems buys ULaw from Montagu Private Equity

Global University Systems has acquired UK-based legal education provider The University of Law. No financial terms were disclosed. The seller was Montagu Private Equity. Nomura and Quayle Munro served as advisors to GUS on the transaction.
