GMS to buy WSB Titan for $627 mln

GMS Inc said April 5 that it agreed to buy WSB Titan for $627 million. Sellers include Titan’s current management and TorQuest Partners. Titan, of Toronto, is a gypsum specialty dealer serving the residential, commercial, and institutional markets.
