Goode Partners invests in Incipio

Goode Partners LLC has made a minority investment in Incipio. Financial terms weren’t announced. Irvine, California-based Incipio designs and makes mobile device accessories and technology. Wunderlich served as Incipio’s financial advisor and Latham & Watkins LLP acted as its legal advisor for the transaction. Jones Day served as legal advisor to Goode Partners.
