Goodwin beefs up PE and private investment funds practices with new hires

Global law firm Goodwin is expanding its private equity and private investment funds practices by adding six new partners, 15 associates and five trainees in the London office. All are joining the firm from King & Wood Mallesons' London office. The new partners are Michael Halford, Ed Hall, Laura Charkin, Shawn D’Aguiar, Patrick Deasy and Ajay Pathak.
