Grammer AG to buy Toledo Molding & Die

Grammer AG has agreed to buy Toledo Molding & Die Inc, a portfolio company of Industrial Opportunity Partners. Financial terms weren’t announced. Toledo Molding, of Toledo, Ohio, is an automotive supplier that designs, develops and manufactures highly engineered molded thermoplastic components and assemblies such as interior components and air and fluid management products.
