Quadrivio Private Equity Fund 3 has held a final close at $230.6 million after three years of fundraising. The firm, which has recently re-branded as Green Arrow Capital, had initially targeted $200 million for the fund. The firm’s third buyout fund will pursue the same strategy as its predecessors, supporting the growth of Italian SMEs with a buy-and-built approach.
La Cassa Dottori Commercialisti, Fondo Pensione Nazionale BCC/CRA and Fondazione Enasarco are among the investors that contributed to this fundraise.
Fund 2 previously closed at €150 million and concluded its divestment activities last month.
