Greenwalt leaves SEC for Genstar

Genstar Capital said July 1 that Carolyn Greenwalt was named chief compliance officer for regulatory compliance and risk management. Greenwalt previously served as an attorney adviser at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
