Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV buys Missouri assisted living facility

Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV, which is backed by American Healthcare Investors LLC and Griffin Capital Company LLC, has acquired Warrenton, Missouri-based Pinnacle Warrenton Assisted Living Facility, a 53-unit assisted living facility. The price of the acquisition was $8.1 million.
