Group of Québec City investors acquires Minutes Dépôt
Minutes Dépôt Inc, a platform for managing and sharing corporate minute books online, has been acquired by a group of Québec City-based investors. Louis Bédard, Louis-Marc Rodrigue and Tommy Rochette together bought the company for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is intended to support Minutes Dépôt's continued growth.
