Groupe Bertrand, which owns Burger King France, has agreed to buy the Quick Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. Qualium Investissement is the seller. Paris-based Quick is a European fast-food hamburger restaurant brand. Restaurant Brands International Inc. owns a minority of Burger King France.
