Gryphon-backed HEPACO to buy Emergency Response & Training Solutions
HEPACO LLC, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has acquired Emergency Response & Training Solutions. Financial terms weren’t announced. Emerging Response, of Jacksonville, Florida, provides emergency response services to Fortune 500 companies through a national network of third-party vendors. Maloney + Novotny acted as financial adviser to ERTS. McDonald Hopkins LLC provided legal advice to ERTS, while Moore & Van Allen PLLC provided legal advice to HEPACO.
