Gryphon invests in Water’s Edge Dermatology
Gryphon Investors said June 4 that it acquired a majority of Water’s Edge Dermatology. Financial terms weren’t announced. Water’s Edge provider of dermatology services in over 30 locations in Florida. Houlihan Lokey provided financial advice to Gryphon and Harris Williams was the financial adviser to Water’s Edge. Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal adviser, Jones Day as regulatory adviser to Gryphon, and McDermott Will & Emery was the legal adviser to Water’s Edge.
