Gryphon to sell Trinity Consultants to Levine Leichtman
Gryphon Investors said Friday that it has agreed to sell portfolio company Trinity Consultants to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. Financial terms weren’t announced. Dallas-based Trinity is an environmental consulting firm that provides air quality compliance and permitting services. William Blair was lead advisor to Gryphon and the Company, while Harris Williams and Lincoln International served as co-advisors on the transaction.
