GSI Commerce Buys VC-Backed FetchBack
GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC) has acquired FetchBack Inc., a Tempe, Ariz.-based provider of re-targeting solutions for online advertisers. No financial terms were disclosed. FetchBack had raised VC funding from Metamorphic Ventures.
