GSV Capital Ups Stake in Facebook, Twitter
GSV Capital Corp. announced that it has increased its stake in Facebook, adding 125,000 shares for a total of 350,000 shares. The fund also increased its holdings in Twitter, adding 330,000 shares for a total of 735,600 shares. GSV Capital is a closed-end, publicly traded investment fund that’s been investing in venture-backed private companies. The fund also announced that it had acquired shares in venture-backed companies ZocDoc Inc., Grockit Inc., The Echo System Corp. and Control 4 Inc.
