GTCR closes Park Place Technologies buy

Park Place Technologies has finalized its sale to GTCR. WestView Capital, which had owned a majority, will remain an investor. Financial terms of the deal, announced in November, weren’t announced. Cleveland-based Park Place provides post-warranty data center maintenance services to clients around the world.
