Guardsquare rakes in $29 mln from Battery Ventures

Belgium and San Francisco-based Guardsquare, a mobile app security company, has secured $29 million in funding. The backer was Battery Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Battery General Partner Dharmesh Thakker and Battery Principal Paul Morrissey will join Guardsquare’s board.
