GWL Realty Advisors to buy Guggenheim's real estate private equity platform
GWL Realty Advisors has agreed to acquire Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Guggenheim Investments' real estate private equity platform. No financial terms were disclosed. The CenterCap Group was the financial adviser to GWL Realty Advisors U.S. on the deal. As a result of the transaction, GRE will merge with EverWest Real Estate Investors, a Denver-based real estate investment management and operating business acquired by GWLRA U.S. in February 2018.
