Hain Pure Protein Completes Kosher Valley Sale

Hain Pure Protein Corp. has completed the previously-announced sale of its Kosher Valley brand to Empire Kosher Poultry for an undisclosed amount. HPPC is a joint venture between Pegasus Capital Advisors and The Hain Celestial Group Inc.
