Hamilton Lane appoints Gavalis as general counsel and Shaw as chief compliance officer

Hamilton Lane has named Lydia A. Gavalis as general counsel and Frederick W. Shaw as chief compliance officer. Robert Cleveland, who has been the firm's general counsel for more than 16 years, will retire at the end of this month. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Gavalis worked at SEI while Shaw was a chief compliance officer at Natsource LLC.
