Hamilton Zanze, a real estate investment firm, has acquired Westminster, Colorado-based Environs Residential Rental Community. The seller was Seagate Colorado Partners. The price of the acquisition was $82 million. The property is a mix of single-family houses, patio homes, townhomes and condominiums.
