Harbor and Bascom buy office buildings in California for $37.4 mln
Harbor Associates and The Bascom Group LLC have acquired office buildings in Los Angeles and Del Mar, California in separate deals that total $37.4 million. Included in the transactions are a 75,000-square-foot office building at 4130 Cahuenga Boulevard in the Los Angeles submarket of Toluca Lake for $21.7 million; and a 39,000-square-foot office building at 2010 Jimmy Durante Boulevard in Del Mar for $15.7 million.
