HarbourVest recruits Drake as MD and general counsel

HarbourVest Partners has hired Paula Drake as managing director and general counsel. Previously, Drake worked at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, where she most recently served as managing director, global chief compliance officer and chief regulatory officer.
