Harvest Partners SCF expands team

The firm has made three new hires

Harvest Partners SCF, a New York-based private investment advisor has made three new hires for its New York office.

Steve Duke will join the firm as a principal. In the role Duke, will source, structure and manage portfolio investments. He joins the firm from CCMP Capital Partners.

Caldwell Zimmerman will join the firm as an associate from Arsenal Capital Partners. In his new role, he will monitor portfolio investments. 

Finally, April Blackmon Meyer will join as a marketing associate from JAT Capital Management.

Harvest Partners SCF targets investments structured equity investments. The firm typically invests in middle market companies with enterprise values of $100 million to $750 million in the business services, healthcare, energy and manufacturing industries.

Current investments include Arctic Glacier Holdings, Athletico Physical Therapy, AxelaCare Holdings, and Packers Holdings.
