Harvest's AxelaCare acquires ARC Infusion

AxelaCare Health Solutions, a provider of specialty home infusion services, has acquired Los Angeles-based ARC Infusion, a privately owned home infusion services company, from founder Rose Lee. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AxelaCare is a portfolio company of Harvest Partners.
