Hawthorne Global buys JetSun Aviation

Hawthorne Global Aviation Services said May 3 that it acquired JetSun Aviation Centre. Financial terms weren’t announced. JetSun Aviation, of Sioux City, Iowa, is a full-service fixed-base operator at Sioux Gateway Airport. NexPhase Capital and Hawthorne Corp formed Hawthorne Global in 2010.
