HBM buys Aerofil Technology

HBM Holdings said Sept. 29 that it acquired Aerofil Technology Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Aerofil, of Sullivan, Missouri, is a contract manufacturer that fills aerosol and liquid containers for the automobile, personal care, household and insecticides industries.
