Heitman acquires several Dutch properties
Heitman, a real estate investment management, has acquired several Dutch properties: a luxury senior living residence in Groningen, The Netherlands; and a two-building residential portfolio located in Amsterdam. The total price of the transactions was about 150 million euros.
