Heitman buys multistate medical office portfolio
Heitman LLC, a real estate investment management firm, has acquired a multistate medical office portfolio known as the PHT portfolio. The seller was Bentall Kennedy. JLL Capital Markets represented Bentall Kennedy on behalf of a state pension fund. No financial terms were disclosed. NexCore Group will manage and lease the properties.
