Hidden Harbor Capital Fund I raises more than $265 mln
Hidden Harbor Capital Partners said Feb. 5 that its debut fund closed on more than $265 million. Investors include endowments, foundations, pensions, family offices and funds of funds. Hidden Harbor, of Boca Raton, Florida, makes control in lower middle market companies. Probitas Partners acted as placement agent for Fund I, while Kirkland & Ellis was fund counsel.
