H.I.G. Capital sells Fibercore

H.I.G. Capital said Feb. 2 that it has sold Fibercore Ltd to Humanetics Innovative Solutions Inc, a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital. Financial terms weren’t announced. Fibercore, of the U.K., designs and makes specialty optical fiber for use in aerospace and defense, oil and gas, and biomedical applications.
