High Ridge Brands, a portfolio company of Brynwood Partners, has acquired Continental Fragrances. Financial terms weren’t announced. Continental Fragrances markets hair care solutions and is known for its brand Salon Grafix Professional. Intrepid Investment Bankers advised Continental Fragrances in the sale.
