High Road buys Radix Wire

High Road Capital Partners has acquired Cleveland, Ohio-based Radix Wire, a maker of of high-temperature and fire-resistant wire and cable. No financial terms were disclosed. Twin Brook Capital Partners provided financing for the transaction. Jones Day provided legal counsel to High Road on the transaction while BB&T Capital Markets advised Radix.
