High Road Capital buys U-C Coatings

High Road Capital Partners said Jan. 10 that it acquired U-C Coatings. Financial terms weren’t announced. U-C Coatings, of Buffalo, New York, makes and distributes specialty coatings and sealants for the North American wood and lumber markets.
