High Street Real Estate Partners and Eagle Four Real Estate Partners have acquired Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, a 1,231-room, full-service hotel in Denver. No financial terms were disclosed. The seller was a partnership operated by The Chartres Loding Group LLC. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
