Hilton Los Cabos sold to Trinity, Walton Street and Oaktree
Trinity Investments LLC, Walton Street Capital and Oaktree Capital Management have formed a joint venture and are buying the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort. Financial terms weren’t announced. The Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, of Los Cabos, Mexico, is a 375-room resort.
