Horizon Global to buy Brink Group for $200 mln

Horizon Global Corp said Dec. 14 that it has agreed to buy Brink Group from H2 Equity Partners. The purchase price is 169 million euros ($200 million). Brink Group, of the Netherlands, makes towbars, wiring kits and towing accessories. Jefferies LLC advised Horizon Global, with Ernst & Young LLP providing due diligence and Eversheds LLP acting as legal advisor. Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to the Brink Group, with Deloitte Transaction Services and Roland Berger providing due diligence services. Houthoff acted as legal advisor to Brink.
