Horizon provides $8 mln venture loan to OutboundEngine

Horizon Technology Finance Corporation has provided a $8 million venture loan to OutboundEngine Inc. The capital will be used for growth and corporate purposes. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, OutboundEngine is a provider of B2B marketing automation software for small business owners. OutboundEngine's backers include Silverton Partners, S3 Ventures, Noro-Moseley Partners, Harmony Partners and Floodgate Fund.
